According to EU Regulation 2021/2117, wines produced after December 8, 2023 must display the list of ingredients and the nutritional declaration on the label. The information on ingredients and nutritional values can be provided on the bottle via QR codes. However, information on allergens and energy content must be shown on the label in both physical and digital formats.

For this reason, we developed "EVIN". This innovative tool allows the creation of QR codes that meet all current legal requirements concerning nutrition, ingredients, and environmental labeling. With "EVIN", it is therefore possible to generate extended labels with automated nutritional calculations. Information on ingredients and environmental labeling is available as selectable options.

"EVIN" easily complies with advertising restrictions and privacy regulations by generating a dedicated web page for each label, accessible via QR code.

The application is accessible free of charge and only for South Tyrolean companies. Online registration is required.
